Swisher Flat-Free Caster Kit – Walk-Behind Mowers

Swisher Flat-Free Walk-Behind Mower Caster Kit

Transform your walk‑behind brush mower into a smoother, easier‑handling machine with this heavy‑duty flat‑free caster kit. Designed to eliminate downtime from flats and dramatically improve steering control, the 8x3 solid no‑flat tires rotate a full 360°, giving you effortless maneuverability across uneven or rugged terrain.

The welded steel frame — built from precision‑machined steel tube, 3/16" plate, and 1/8" plate — delivers long‑term durability for demanding mowing environments. Once installed, the caster system removes the mower’s weight from your hands, reducing operator fatigue and making long mowing sessions far more manageable.

The kit locks your machine into a consistent 4‑inch cutting height, ensuring predictable results with every pass. It fits all 2005 and newer Swisher 24" walk‑behind brush mowers, making it a straightforward upgrade for owners looking to boost control, stability, and efficiency.

Constructed from laser‑cut, formed, and welded heavy‑duty steel and made in the USA with US and global parts, this caster kit is built for rugged performance and long service life. Backed by a one‑year warranty, it’s a smart, high‑value enhancement for anyone mowing trails, fields, or rough acreage.
